走刀式分板機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
Features of the knife type plate splitter:
1、該設(shè)備采用上圓刀和下直刀片,屬于氣動(dòng)式PCB分板機(jī)，分板時(shí)PCB通過V槽固定于下刀，通過氣動(dòng)腳踏開關(guān)控制上刀運(yùn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)分板。
The equipment adopts upper round cutter and lower straight blade, which belongs to pneumatic PCB splitter. When the PCB is divided, the PCB is fixed to the lower cutter through V-slot, and the upper cutter is controlled by pneumatic foot switch to realize the board splitting.
2、上下刀間隙可通過旋手輕松調(diào)整。
The clearance between the upper and lower knives can be easily adjusted by turning the hand.
3、切板過程中PCB不動(dòng)，圓刀滑移，確保基板電子組件不因移動(dòng)而損壞。
During the cutting process, the PCB does not move and the circular knife slides to ensure that the electronic components of the substrate are not damaged due to movement.
4、刀具為特殊材料設(shè)計(jì)，確保PCB分割面之平滑度。

5、因應(yīng)V槽深淺及刀具損耗，上圓刀與下直刀之間的距離可準(zhǔn)確調(diào)整。

6、可解決零件跨越V槽來實(shí)現(xiàn)分板。
